Heroes for Children More than 7,000 Texas families have been blessed by the $7million dollars in financial assistance Heroes for Children has provided the families of children battling cancer since 2004.
Hope Squad This peer-to-peer suicide prevention program is credited with saving the lives of suicidal children. Teachers and adult educators help train the children who reach out to their classmates, in their time of need.
Do Good Locator To help as many people in North Texas as possible, this organization partners with volunteers, non-profits and corporations can connect to make sure neighbors in need have the food, clothes and finances they need.
Toys for Texans This new North Texas non-profit organization provides toys and basic needs for underprivileged, special needs, disabled, and abused children and it’s made up entirely of high school freshmen.
I Can Still Shine The "I Can Still Shine Program” is a faith-based, safe, supportive center for women and children from all walks of life, with no exceptions. We provide our clients the opportunity to choose safety over domestic violence and drug abuse. We offer a new start to our women and children.
Cloud Covered Streets They help the homeless by offering compassion, hope, kindness and supplies. They have mobile units that offer showers to people living on the street, they do their laundry, give them haircuts and new clothing too. This organization also works to get shelter and employment for those in need.
Casa of Tarrant County Volunteers with this organization help children who are victims of child abuse and neglect by being a voice in the courtroom for them, in effort to reduce additional trauma.
Fort Worth 911 Climb First responders across North Texas benefit from this organization. It was created to honor those who lost their lives in the 9/11 attacks.
Agape Jericho Village This organization helps women, moms and their children facing situational homelessness. They teach them the skills they need to better their lives.

Anna’s Bake Shop Foundation A local family created this organization that raises money for childhood cancer research. They use the donations specially for kids with cancer because other cancer funding only benefits adults.
City of Grand Prairie In hopes of aiding seniors in North Texas stay active, the City of Grand Prairie recently held its 1st ever Volunteer Rally and Senior Job Fair. They also began an initiative called, Wisdom Wednesday, to memorialize the stories of our seniors who live in Grand Prairie or had a significant contribution to the City.
Men Serving God Men Serving God provides direction and guidance in finding areas of service for men utilizing their talents, skills and interest in the local community. One of the organization’s focuses is inspiring men who are leaving the workplace with increased time, capacities and opportunities to serve God.
Ride Ataxia Friedreich’s Ataxia is a neuro-degenerative disease-causing energy deprivation and mobility loss in children as young as 5. You can Ride to Cure FA all across the country, including here in North Texas.
He Gets Us He Gets Us is a campaign inviting people to take a fresh look at Jesus. They use captivating messages in graphics, messages and videos, including billboards and ads during Dallas Cowboys games and the Super Bowl. This group is spending millions to spread the love of Jesus.
Bochy’s Box This Grapevine-based Christ-centered nonprofit helps support sex trafficking survivors in North Texas. There are over 300,000 victims of trafficking in alone and only 60 safe house beds. The North Texas safe home offers survivors vital counseling and trauma care, medical and dental, basic home necessities, education, job training, and more.
Parker County Veterans Memorial This organization works hard to make sure those who made the ultimate sacrifice, are never forgotten. They raised money to build a memorial for veterans in Parker County and help families who have lost loved ones in other cities honor veterans too.
SADD December is impaired Driving Prevention Month and this organization, formerly known as Students Against Drunk Driving is spreading the word, in hopes of keeping young people ( and all of u) safe. SADD is now known as Students Against Destructive Decisions.
